The VP of Marketing is responsible for driving the overall marketing strategy and design concepts for Unitek Learning in support of the company’s vision and goals. Designs and produces all creative elements, analyzes marketing data and partners with ad agencies and vendors to support growth and visibility of the brand. Leads and directs staff as appropriate.Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to promote workforce development solutions to businesses and organizations.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and market dynamics, informing the development of targeted marketing initiatives.Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth.Lead the development of marketing campaigns and materials tailored to B2B audiences, including digital content, thought leadership pieces, and case studies.Work closely with admissions and sales teams to support lead generation and conversion efforts, providing marketing collateral and resources as needed.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, monitoring metrics such as website traffic, and conversion rates.
