Accountant/Bookkeeper
We are looking for a bookkeeper to maintain records in QuickBooks Pro, enter sales/revenue data into POS system, run/produce/modify/improve cost and purchasing analytics reports as requested by management.
Other Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:
Maintain daily entries, sales, expenses across 4 locations.
Run detailed sales report and efficiency analytics.
Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensure legal requirements compliance.
Maintains general ledger.
Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
Maintains historical records by filing documents.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions.
Other duties to support the team as assigned.
Work hours and Hourly Wage:
Work on-site 5 days per week, Tucson, AZ
Approximately 35 hours weekly – flexible schedule
$25 hourly to start
Weekly meetings with managers
