Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks is required. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and excellent time management are essential for success in this role.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
✅ QuickBooks experience (QBO preferred)
✅ Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable knowledge
✅ Payroll processing experience
✅ Bank and credit card reconciliations
✅ Sales tax reporting and compliance
✅ Strong organizational and time management skills
✅ Excellent communication and client service skills
✅ Tax preparation for individuals and businesses is a plus.
