Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with financial reports.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Process accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Assist with budgeting and forecasting as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an accountant
Proficiency in Quickbooks software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
