Description:
Piper Accounting Solutions is seeking a season tax office assistant. This would be a great position for a snow bird or stay at home parent who wants to work part of the year. We would prefer to find someone who is able to return next year.
Position is full time through May 2019
Availability: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
Pay Scale: $12.50 to $13.50 per hour, DOE
Responsibilities -
Checks Clients in for appointments
Backs up the Office Coordinator & assists with clients as needed
Assists with scheduling appointments & meetings for tax preparers
Scans documents & packages tax returns
Tracks referrals & sources
Requirements -
Proven office administrative or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems & procedures
Excellent time management skills & ability to multi-task & prioritize work
Attention to detail & problem-solving skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong organizational & planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office
