Responsibilities:
-Supervise team of retail sales workers
-Work with the elderly and understand their needs
-Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
-Train and evaluate employees
-Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
-Resolve escalated customer complaints
-Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
-Must be good at marketing and customer/employee relations
-Drug free environment
-Able to help staff building equipment
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent written and communication skills
-Strong leadership qualities
-Must pass a background check
-Must take on all responsibilities of running the store
