PRODUCTION LEADER – Bath Fitter Tucson, AZ
Job Summary:
Bath Fitter Tucson is seeking a dedicated and self-directed Production Leader for our office and warehouse.
Working at Bath Fitter, you will will operate and assume the responsibilities to run a small team of bath and shower remodel technicians. Your main priority will be to focus on driving quality installations, delighting employees and customers.

Full-time work, 55,000 - $75,000/ year plus + Performance Bonus.
Regular Schedule Mon to Friday Business hours

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. This position requires you to manage a team of 4-6 staff members.
3-5 years relevant experience in operations management. Not required but preffered if trade or construction management
Energetic, high performing skill set, experience with high pressure and fast-paced environment
Proven ability to lead and develop tradesman plumbers, carpenters, installer.
Strong communication skills with all stakeholders and building meaningful relationships with demanding internal and external clients.
Training and development, retention, accountability and problem-solving ability.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Clean criminal background required and drug screen will be performed
