Position Overview:

As a Client Success Associate at Denshaw Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their business goals and derive maximum value from their solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing support. Your responsibilities will include proactively managing client relationships, addressing their needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of business processes, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

- Addressing customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and timely information

- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges

- Educating customers about product features, benefits, and usage to help them make informed decisions

- Updating and maintaining accurate customer records and interaction logs in the company's CRM system

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers

- Ability to pass a background check

- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find effective solutions

- Strong interpersonal skills to empathize with customers and remain patient during challenging interactions

- Ability to adapt to changing processes, technologies, and customer needs

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required

- A genuine desire to help customers and provide exceptional service

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $32,000/year to $55,000/year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience.

While this position is remote, we do not currently operate in the following states: WA, OR, CA, CO, MN, WI, IL, VT, NY, PA, MD, NJ, CT, MA
