SUMMARY: Manages, trains, and develops a staff of 5 CSR’s as well as a Marketing Inventory Analyst and ensures that customers are retained, satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

CUSTOMER SERVICE

• Responsible for design, improvement, and implementation of processes and operational procedures

• Responsible for IQMS (ERP System) improvement project

• Responsible for MyOxygen order processing and market share gain by excellent service as well as participation in social media growth.

• Work with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure on time delivery.

• Resolve all escalated customer issues

• Ensure accurate documentation throughout the department that includes order entry, invoicing, product returns, pricing deviations, delivery and customer complaints/resolutions

• Provide customer service and inside sales reports for department and employee performance review

• Strengthen department by fostering a team driven environment and encouraging employees to be proactive and to take ownership in reaching customer service objectives and performance standards

• Assist CSR’s with essential duties when applicable

• Accountable for acting on stated intentions & assigned duties

• Participate with Production Scheduling meetings to provide feedback on behalf of customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Leader (in a role managing Customer Service Representatives in Call Center Environment

• Excellent organization, communication, and planning skills

• Creative and Resourceful under pressure

• Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office

• Ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and the general public
