SUMMARY: Manages, trains, and develops a staff of 5 CSRâs as well as a Marketing Inventory Analyst and ensures that customers are retained, satisfied, and that their needs are fulfilled.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
CUSTOMER SERVICE
⢠Responsible for design, improvement, and implementation of processes and operational procedures
⢠Responsible for IQMS (ERP System) improvement project
⢠Responsible for MyOxygen order processing and market share gain by excellent service as well as participation in social media growth.
⢠Work with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure on time delivery.
⢠Resolve all escalated customer issues
⢠Ensure accurate documentation throughout the department that includes order entry, invoicing, product returns, pricing deviations, delivery and customer complaints/resolutions
⢠Provide customer service and inside sales reports for department and employee performance review
⢠Strengthen department by fostering a team driven environment and encouraging employees to be proactive and to take ownership in reaching customer service objectives and performance standards
⢠Assist CSRâs with essential duties when applicable
⢠Accountable for acting on stated intentions & assigned duties
⢠Participate with Production Scheduling meetings to provide feedback on behalf of customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
⢠Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience as a Customer Service Leader (in a role managing Customer Service Representatives in Call Center Environment
⢠Excellent organization, communication, and planning skills
⢠Creative and Resourceful under pressure
⢠Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
⢠Ability to maintain a good working relationship with co-workers and the general public
