Key Responsibilities
Answer calls, help customers schedule services, and support our field team
Take and process payments (credit cards, checks, etc.) securely and accurately
Work daily in Service Titan to manage schedules, customer records, and job updates (2+ years required)
Communicate clearly and professionally — both in person and by email
Use Microsoft Excel and Word confidently for data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping
Assist with office tasks as needed
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience using Service Titan (required)
Comfortable with Excel and Word: can create/edit spreadsheets, format documents, and send professional emails
Experience taking payments and managing customer accounts
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable, responsible, and honest – we’re a small team, and every person counts
Must have reliable transportation
Background check required
