Will You Escape? is an escape room venue dedicated to creating immersive, fun, and memorable experiences for players. Our team is passionate about storytelling, puzzles, and interactive entertainment, and we're looking for a new Game Master to join our family and help guide players on thrilling adventures.
Position Summary:
As a Game Master, you will be responsible for guiding groups through their escape room experience, ensuring a safe, engaging, and fun adventure for everyone. The ideal candidate has a passion for games and puzzles, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to manage and energize groups of all sizes. You will be the friendly face that enhances the excitement and mystery, overseeing games from start to finish, providing hints when needed, and resetting rooms for the next set of players.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcome and brief players on their escape room challenge and safety guidelines.
2. Monitor game progress, assist with clues and hints, and ensure an enjoyable experience.
3. Quickly reset escape rooms between sessions to be ready for the next group.
4. Provide players with a friendly and helpful debrief after their experience.
5. Handle any technical issues or assist in troubleshooting game elements.
6. Maintain a fun, energetic, and professional environment.
Requirements:
1. Enthusiasm for games, puzzles, and interactive experiences.
2. Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality.
3. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
4. Attention to detail to reset rooms accurately and quickly.
5.Ability to handle groups of varying sizes and age ranges.
6. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or entertainment (preferred but not required).
