We have been serving customers for 30+ years. We are a dedicated private car service that handles transportation to and from all Arizona airports, hotels and tourist attraction and neighboring states. Our mission is to be an outstanding service for the customer experience. Our services are available 24/7, 365 days a year online or via phone. We specialize in corporate business travelers whether it is an individual in a late model sedan or 200 attendees going to Pima Air Museum for an awards dinner. We are affiliated worldwide and are full service with chauffeured transportation partners. Our Staff and Chauffeurs strive for the highest in excellence as a prearranged transportation service. Over the years we have received national recognition for this standard.
We are members of the National Limousine Association and Arizona Livery Association and Tucson Visitor Bureau. We are currently seeking several qualified individuals for our 24/7 passenger Transportation scheduling and or (CSR), Transportation Coordinators.
Varied of available shifts, part time with potential for F/T, depending on your experience and availability.
All positions do include weekends and holidays.
Every canidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills or work experience,
+ MSO office, word with internet navigation (45+ wpm)
+QuickBooks basic functions and willing to be trained.
+Excellent written and verbal skills when communicating with colleagues or customers.
+Have logistic knowledge of greater Tucson/ Phoenix area airports, hotels restaurants as well as
tourist venues. Smart phone and online research of locations and details for chauffeur assignments.
+ A strong phone presence. Must be able to handle and adapt to last minute changes.
+ Learn online reservation scheduling system.
+ Previous effective organization and priority management related to workflow.
+ Arizona Driver License and able to pass background & Fingerprint screening.
+ Physically able to lift, bend and handle light cleaning of fleet vehicles for dispatching.
