Red Lion Inn & Suites in Downtown Tucson Arizona, is looking to hire a qualified, experienced maintenance technician to join our staff.
Basic responsibilities include:
Performing preventative maintenance care in hotel rooms
Maintaining complete and detailed records of all maintenance performed, facility inspections, safety standards, systems inspections, etc.
Performing necessary maintenance on an as-needed basis
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as wallpaper application, silicone application, painting, cleaning equipment, inspecting, etc.
Perform intermediate tasks such as maintaining PTAC units, equipment repair and upkeep, simple electrical work
Assist in special deep-clean projects
Other duties as necessary
Candidates with Maintenance or building experience will be preferred.
