Hiring multiple Entry-Level English & Spanish Bilingual Interpreters to staff our call center! As a bilingual interpreter, you will use your working languages and interpersonal skills to provide accurate meaning-for-meaning interpretation between our English-speaking clients and their limited-English-speaking patients or customers. Our employees interpret for several industries, such as healthcare, finance, insurance, 9-1-1, and other business, so every call often feels like a new and different experience. This position performs skilled consecutive, first-person interpretation. Work is performed and reviewed under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures.
We will provide you with the comprehensive training and ongoing support you need to become a professional interpreter. You’ll also be joining the leading provider of language interpretation services in a fast-growing and exciting industry, with room to grow into a career.
Training schedule: 8am to 5pm M-F for 3 weeks.
For a limited time, you will be eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus to begin your employment.

Qualifications:
18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the US
High school completion or equivalent
Proficient in English and Spanish or at least one other language, as determined by our assessment
Use MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Edge (or other internet browser)
Skills & Abilities:
Basic understanding of linguistics and different cultures
Skilled in adjusting to rapidly changing circumstances
Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and skilled at exercising initiative within the parameter of company policies and procedures
Exceptional commitment to confidentiality as per Interpreter policies
Skilled at keeping supervisors informed of problems or issues
Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective work relationships
Skilled in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer (or other internet browser)
Ability to operate competently common office equipment including, but not limited to computer, fax, copier and telephone system
