We are looking for a Professional, Dependable, Responsible, Flexible, Team Player to assist with Daily duties at our Self Storage Facilities. Candidate MUST have a flexible schedule and will float between 2 locations located 5 miles apart.
Candidate will also fill in for vacation time up to 40 plus hours per week at each location when needed, must have a very flexible schedule.
Job description consists of: Computer Experience, Excellent Customer Service skills, Sales, Marketing, Reminder Calls, Cleaning Units, Trash pick - up, Property Checks multiple time daily, to include Handyman abilities.
Job Details: Willing to train the right candidate.

Must have flexible schedule and ability to fill in when needed and for emergencies
Work closely with upper Management Team
Display a "customer comes first" attitude delivering excellent and professional customer service.
Professionally assess the best rate and unit size for the customer's needs and close the deal
Face to face marketing with the local community when needed
Make courtesy reminder calls
Being a Team Player and accepting new challenges
Physically maintain property and clean storage units daily.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Some maintenance handy man skills are required for this position such as using a screwdriver, drill, blower, broom, mop, etc.
Must have dependable transportation and drivers’ license.
