We are looking for an In-Store Survey Taker to join our team at Rainsoft. As an In-Store Survey Taker, you will have the opportunity to represent our company with a professional and friendly demeanor and engage potential customers in our mission to provide clean and healthy water.
Responsibilities:
Approach customers in the Home Depot store and invite them to participate in a water quality survey
Survey in a professional and friendly manner, adhering to company guidelines
Provide accurate and honest information about our products and services
Generate interest in our products and services by highlighting their benefits
Meet or exceed performance targets for the number of surveys completed, as well as for generating leads and sales
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, and represent our company in a way that reflects our values
Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and build rapport
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a desire to succeed and exceed performance targets
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
