WeedCo is a fast-growing termite, pest, and weed control company in Tucson, AZ. We’re looking for a Customer Experience Representative to be the friendly first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you’ll handle phone calls and emails, schedule services, answer questions, and ensure customers receive the highest level of care from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Answer and manage customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Schedule, confirm, and update service appointments
Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with field technicians
Provide information on service plans, promotions, and billing
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude
