Wonderful, smaller preschool looking for a four-year-old teacher to work Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 9am-noon. It would be about 15 hours a week. There is also a possibility of subbing on Tuesday/Thursdays. We follow the Marana school district calendar, so when the schools are closed- we are too. This is not a year round position as we are closed for two months during the summer, 2 weeks for Christmas break, 1 week in Oct. for fall break, and 1 week in March for spring break. We are a Christian based preschool with weekly chapel lessons. We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and motivated individual who LOVES to work with children ages 3-5 (potty-trained). You would be responsible for working with the other four-year-old teachers in lesson planning, implementing daily lessons such as math, science, and art. It's a small classroom, so the maximum number of children in the class would be 12. This position will start soon to get the classroom ready and the start of school (August 18th).
We are looking for someone with:
At least 6 months experience in a licensed facility
Has Christian values
Social Security Card
Finger Print Clearance Card (or willingness to get fingerprinted)
CPR and 1st Aide certified (or willingness to get certified since we require all teachers to have this)
High School Diploma and/or College courses or Degree
T.B. test. (needs to be done before your start/hire date).

Training classes- all teachers are required to have 18 hours a year of ongoing training classes. (You must be ok with getting 18 hours of extra training a year).
