Contractor is searching for a Junior Draftsperson.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist drafting manager in processing and auditing contracted construction projects by creating and editing CAD files per their instructions and company standards
- Perform clerical and other office based duties on behalf of the Drafting Manager as needed
- Work with the Production Manager and Design team members as needed to process redlined drawings and other edits
- Learn and assist the Drafting Manager in applying for building permits and health permits as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (At Least 1 Year)
- Paper space and Model Space
- DXF conversion
- 2D & 3D Details
- Strong Word and Excel skills
-Construction industry and pool drafting experience a plus
- Google suite and Dropbox experience a plus
Hours: M-F 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $20.00-$23.00/ hr based on experience.
