As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. Lead and participate in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the production team, troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues promptly
Identify cost-saving opportunities, implement cost-effective solutions, and ensure that manufacturing operations are optimized for efficiency
Create and maintain accurate documentation related to manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, maintenance, quality, and procurement, to ensure smooth production processes.
Identify potential risks in the manufacturing process and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with relevant industry regulations and safety standards

5+ years' experience in production/manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
