DescriptionAccountemps is seeking a Bookkeeper with dynamic communication skills, a positive attitude, and a detail oriented demeanor for a role. This short-term temporary Bookkeeper position is based in the Tucson, Arizona region.Responsibilities
Uphold quality historical records by filing documents
Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries
Maintain and balance general ledger
Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping
Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
Requirements
Prior experience working with accounting software
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
QuickBooks experience
