Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. In this role, you will be primarily focused on supporting our annual meeting event by handling event setup, guest registration, and coordination tasks. This is a short term contract employment opportunity that requires exceptional skills in customer service, data entry, and appointment scheduling.Responsibilities: Coordinate event logistics and setup to ensure smooth operations Handle guest registration and answer any queries they may have Provide clear directions and assistance to guests during the event Assist in wrapping up the event, including packing and inventory tasks Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all interactions Use data entry skills to keep accurate records of event details Schedule appointments as necessary during the event Resolve any issues or inquiries that arise during the event in a timely and efficient manner Monitor event proceedings and take appropriate action when required Process any necessary applications or paperwork related to the event. Requirements Proven experience in Customer Service is required, ideally within a call center or similar environment. Proficient in Data Entry, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to effectively Schedule Appointments, managing calendars and coordinating meetings. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints professionally. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in using computer applications, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution will be a plus. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. Willingness to work in shifts, if required. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
