Field and answer questions about records and files
Give utmost attention to quality control to ensure proper document filing
Handle clerical tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing
Supporting diverse projects for other employees as needed
Using allotted time frames, retrieve data
Arranging high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices and other indexed documents within specified guidelines
Coordinate file gathering and indexing with various departments and employees

Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
Applicants are suggested to hold 2+ years of File Clerk experience
Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
Knowledge of Word and Excel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Adept handling office equipment

Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds
Solid understanding of filing
Microsoft Office experience preferred
Scanning experience required
Strong familiarity with data entry
