Joyful Jobs is seeking a part-time, temporary receptionist on behalf of Workman Company to work 1-2 days per week for several months.The receptionist is the first point of contact for clients, subcontractors and suppliers. As a receptionist, you’ll be at the forefront of the organization, greeting guests and contractors, and responding to phone and email inquiries. TASKS:Checking voicemail Taking notes of any messages and contact information Answering and transferring phone callsAnswering emailsScheduling quotesResponding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely mannerInteract clearly with customers, vendors and other employeesRespond appropriate and interact positively with upset customersProvide high-quality customer serviceFiling paperwork Assisting with other tasks as needed
