This position is ideal for an experienced nurse who enjoys performing daily patient care, has a passion for working with the senior communityRequirements:
Extensive triage experience
Must have Primary Care experience
IV experience
At least 5 years of medical experience with RN license
Geriatric – ideal but not required, hospital center – must be interested at least interested in geriatrics.
Must have Triage, understanding of same day, provide, nurse visit. Patients follow ups, education around care.
In-person assessment from nurse vs provider.
Shift:
Monday - Friday
8am-5pm
