Penca is a locally owned restaurant with a great following and food that represents traditional Mexican cuisine with an award wining bar centered in Mexican Distills.
We are looking for experienced line cooks and prep cooks that are interested in working in a scratch kitchen, where ingredients are fresh and flavors are abundant. We are located in downtown tucson, Penca is open five days a week closing at 9:30 pm. We have a trusted following that expect high standards. Our team prides themselves on creating memorable dishes.
We are also looking for Hostesses, experienced Bartenders and Servers ready to be part of a team that excels in knowledge and great service.
