Green Valley Elks Lodge #2592 is looking for a dedicated and experienced Part Time Cook to join our team. The Elks is a fraternal organization that focuses on community service and charitable work in the Tucson/Southern Arizona area. The ideal candidate will bring passion and a commitment to providing excellent quality food to our members.
Responsibilities:
Prepare food 2 or 3 nights per week as well as occasional special events
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Be able to adapt to short duration, high order volume when required
Communicate effectively with kitchen management, provide assistance in menu creation, assist with food inventory and ordering as well as execution of food preparation
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a cook in public or private setting
Strong culinary skills
Attention to details in presentation and consistency
Ability to work well with kitchen management
Knowledge of food safety and hygienic practices
Flexibility to work different days and hours, including weekends
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
