We are growing our elite culinary team who provide three distinct casual and up-scale dining experiences, and full banquet services, catering to every special occasion, at SaddleBrooke Two Homeowners Association.
SaddleBrooke Two is seeking full-time and part-time Prep and Line Cooks. Under the direction of the Executive Chef and/or the Sous Chef, Prep and Line Cooks prepare food items for service. This may include following recipes to make salads and salad dressing; slicing, chopping, or dicing food items; following previously developed recipes for hot or cold food items such as sandwiches, pizzas, etc. The Prep Cook is able to safely operate burners, ovens, broilers/deep fryers, knives, slicers, and various other kitchen utensils/equipment. The Prep Cook is also responsible to clean various kitchen utensils, equipment, storage/pantry and other areas of the kitchen during shift, and performs other duties as assigned.
Prep and Line Cooks have:
1 or more years of culinary experience;
A food handlers card;
Computer knowledge;
The ability to follow detailed instructions;
Skilled at safely using a knife to dice, chop, and slice vegetables and meats; and
Skilled at safely operating a slicer, mixer, and other mechanical kitchen equipment.
