Penca is looking for
1. Lead Line cook with desire to grow - strong experience, leadership skills, organizational skills, love of food and great with people. If you have this qualities we want to meet you. Bring your experience and be a part of our leadership team
Penca is open 5 nights a week, Wednesday to Sunday. Our kitchen is a seasonal scratch kitchen that showcases flavors from central Mexico. We make our salsas daily, our corn tortillas are made by hand, we love to work with seasonal and local ingredients.
Responsabilites include - lead the dinner team, communicate with management in night reports, keep a clean and organized kitchen, aware of labor, great communication with FOH
2. Servers! we have openings for strong positive servers that can guide the dinner experience with knowledge of our menu, our cocktails and wines. Part time for now but as season continues to get closer we should be able to offer close to full time
This position if for a team player that loves hospitality and enjoy making great connections with our guest.

3. BARTENDERS! we have shifts for experience bar tenders - we love our bar and it is a center piece of our operation.
