Description
-Supervise and train all FOH staff to ensure the utmost quality and service to residents.
-Assist in drafting the weekly schedules in full coordination with department needs to ensure availability of staff for all shifts.?
-Responsible for the back office of the POS as well as working knowledge of POS from the work stations.?
-Communicate any and all issues with the Food and Beverage director in a timely fashion.?
-Coordinate all floor layout and guest requests for banquet events.?
-Coordinate regularly and consistently with the Food & Beverage team and/or Director relating to any and all special needs for the restaurant and banquet facilities.?
-Coordinate regularly and consistently with the Banquet Coordinator relating to banquet events that may occur in any venues after normal hours.?
-Set banquets as specified in BEO's
-Ensure proper room set up, cleanliness and continued ambience.?
-Assist residents with any service problems and complaints.?
-Assist staff with problems and issues that may occur during service.?
-Develop all processes and procedures for the front of the house in accordance with business needs.?
-Assign work or other tasks that achieve the primary goal of service to residents.?
-Ensure that end of shift work is completed correctly.?
-Coordinate, as needed, with any other HOA #1 department functions, such as house person or janitorial schedules.?
-Fulfill all paperwork functions as needed.?
-Monitor and confirm time cards for employees for all payroll periods with the accounting department, as needed.?
-Ensure all opening procedures and locks up procedures are properly fulfilled, with the authority to adjust the opening and closing procedures as best suits the operation.?
-Monitor financial progress of principal responsibilities on a weekly and monthly basis.
-Assist in development of special events and attractions.?
-Coordinate with the director all events involving liquor purveyors.?
-Fulfill any and all reasonable requests or tasks requested by management.
Requirements
-3-5 years of Food & Beverage Management Experience
-Must be well groomed and well spoken
-Must be courteous to residents, their guests and other employees
-Must be able to work all scheduled shifts
-Willingness to assist other employees upon request
-Willingness to stay past scheduled shift in order to complete duties.
-Knowledge of POS system.
