Part Time Position: 12 hours per week / Early Mornings
The Job Duties are as follows:
Drive "To/From & In between" properties.
Emptying the trash receptacles.
Changing out the liners.
Removing excessive trash from inside and or around receptacles.
Sweeping (designated) walkways in front of businesses of entire plaza(s).
Walk the parking lot(s) to locate and remove trash.
Report any damage(s) to property or any other issues.
Requirements/Must Haves to be considered for this position:
Valid Drivers License
Must have your own vehicle (NOT a shared vehicle) & Insurance.
The bus, a bicycle, a scooter, etc are NOT acceptable means of transportation.
Must have a fully functioning phone (no broken screen, etc), be able to accept & make phone calls. Same goes double for text.
Be able to lift 50+ lbs over your head.
MUST BE ON SITE as early as 4am/5am, also to be able to WORK OUTSIDE IN THE ELEMENTS (w/ in reason).
