Penca is a local restaurant located in downtown tucson. We are a scratch kitchen restaurant that strives to provide great service to our guests with knowledgeable staff and great offerings from our kitchen and our bar.
Our kitchen represents classic food from central mexico. The focus are flavors and styles of cooking that are representative of Mexico’s cuisine. Our bar is extensive with an educated selection of agave spirits, liquors and natural wines. It is a craft bar, each drink has been thoughtfully created.
We currently are dinner only service, we hope to have the manger that can help us open for lunch service in 2025.
Open Wednesday to Sunday. We are looking for an experience manager, a leader with passion for hospitality, for great service, that can train our staff and that can maintain the standards of service that our guest deserve.
Training is a very important part of the job. Training staff and continued education.
Manager must also understand financial modeling, budgeting and be strong in excel.
