Job Description:
We are hiring a full time AGM for our restaurant. An ideal candidate is enthusiastic, positive, hardworking, and dependable. Duties
- Assist the store manager in daily operations and management of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash and perform cash handling duties accurately
- Assist with scheduling and shift management of staff
Experience
- 5 years restaurant experience OR 2 years management experience
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to interview, hire, and train new employees
-Proficient in Excel and Word
