Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to company recipes and standards.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring each guest receives a memorable experience.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment with precision and care.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.
Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different coffee varieties, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Availability to work Sunday shifts is a must.
