Penca is seeking a kitchen lead professional, passionate, eager to create great dishes and to lead out team at Penca The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, dedicated to excellence, and skilled in managing a team. You will be responsible for overseeing full time kitchen operations, managing inventory, and ensuring food quality and hygiene standards are upheld.
Staff already includes three dedicated cooks and a dishwasher, as well as a fully staffed FOH. Looking for someone to lead our team to success as we enter the busy season here in Tucson.
