About the Role

We’re seeking a creative chef to develop one experimental, plant-based dish per week for a private group of customers. With most projects, you'll be able to work either in our commercial kitchen, or in your own kitchen, crafting dishes that showcase your personal flair and passion for innovative plant-based cuisine.

This is a special project position separate from our main culinary team — perfect for chefs who love experimenting, testing ideas, and seeing their creations enjoyed by real customers.

If your dish is a hit, you’ll earn a bonus and the opportunity to have it featured on our main menu, with potential to join our core kitchen team in the future.

What You’ll Do

Create one fully plant-based dish per week (30-40 portions) ready by Tuesday mornings at 9am.

Prepare the dish in your own home and ensure quality and flavor.

Provide a recipe write-up and ingredient list.

Collaborate with our feedback team to refine the dish based on customer input.

What We’re Looking For

Ability to meet short weekly deadlines.

Experience developing or testing recipes (professional or home chef welcome).

Creative mindset and comfort experimenting with new ingredients or cuisines.

Strong passion for vegan and plant-based cooking.

Food handler certification is a plus (but not required).

Compensation

Paid per project, based on dish complexity and quality.

Bonuses for dishes selected for main menu rotation.

Potential for expanded role within the kitchen team.
