Jerry Bob's Family Restaurant in Oro Valley and Catalina are both looking for Servers. Come in Monday - Sunday between 7 AM to 2PM and fill out an application.
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking their orders, and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Duties:
- Greet guests and escort them to their tables
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meal
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Collaborate with other servers and kitchen staff to provide excellent guest service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic math for handling payments
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
