Our scratch kitchen focuses in central Mexico cuisine, from pre Colombian flavors to the influence of Spain and France.
We have a beautiful bar with a thoughtful selection of agave distills, natural wines and craft cocktails
Current hours of operations are Wednesday to Sunday 4:30-9:30
Looking to expand in the fall
Penca has been open for over 10 years, we love what we do and we are looking for staff that love hospitality. Work hours will grown in the next few weeks as we get busier/ ad reads part - time but we prefer close to full time employees once we are in season.
