We are hiring a full-time day caregiver for 12-hour day shifts in central Tucson for our 10 bed care homes. We offer extremely competitive pay and benefits. This job requires transfers, cooking, cleaning, laundry and a good attitude!

Please bring your Arizona Caregiver Certificate with all three levels (direct, personal, and supervisory), fingerprint clearance card, 1st/CPR Paperwork, Covid-19 Vaccine Card, and a current TB Test to your interview.
Pay and Benefits:
$1,000 Signing Bonus: $500 paid after 90 days and an additional $500 after one year of service for new full-time hires
Starting Base Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience and shift. Excellent caregivers can look forward to a pay increase after their 90-day probationary period.
Guaranteed Overtime for Full-Time Employees: 8 hours of overtime scheduled every other week.
Long Weekends: Three days off one week and four days of the next week.
Paid Vacation Time: After a year of service, you get 7 days of paid time off every 12 months.
Referral Bonus for Caregivers: $25 Gift Card for new hires. $500 bonus if new hires stay three months and an additional $500 if new employees stay a year.
Retirement Account: After three months you can join our 401k with employer matching of 4%!
