Insurance Specialist position at, Mountainside Dental Care, a busy 2 doctor private dental practice in beautiful Oro Valley. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Answer phones, take messages, schedule appointments, etc.
-Greet patients, handle inquiries
-Maintain records
-Maintain regular attendance and adhere to assigned work schedule and office policies
-Comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments
-Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings
-Verify patient insurance benefits
-Receive and enter payments
-Develop and prepare patient communication
-Run and follow up on AR reports
-File insurance claims and work with narratives
-Insurance verification
-All other front office skills
Experience working in the dental field required.
Familiarity with OpenDental software preferred.
Positivity is a must!
Must be computer literate and a "quick -learn" with new programs
Fulltime position available.
35-40 hrs/week. M-F.
