Catalina In-Home Services — Tucson’s most trusted name in private duty home care for over 44 years — is seeking a seasoned, compassionate LPN or RN to join our respected clinical team. This is a meaningful opportunity for an experienced nurse seeking flexible hours, strong support, and the chance to truly connect with clients.
What We Offer:
Pay Range: LPN $28 – $33/hour; RN: 35.00 - 39.00 (DOE)
Care Management Pay: $50/hour
Sign-on Bonus: $1,000
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time, Monday–Friday (8:30 AM–5:00 PM)
On-call Rotation: Shared among 3 nurses (light volume)
In This Role You Will:
Deliver skilled home care in a relationship-based model
Provide clinical guidance to a team of professional caregivers
Support care planning and advocacy for aging clients
Mentor caregivers and contribute to a high-integrity care culture
Work collaboratively with our leadership and care management team

We’re Looking For:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in Arizona
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
2+ years in geriatric care management
Previous supervisory experience
Comfortable with light on-call rotation
Professional presence and strong communication skills
