If you CARE we want to pay you $18 an hour! Certified Caregivers or Ambitious Experienced Non Certified Caregivers are encouraged to apply.
C - Come to work on time
A - Advocate for their residents
R - Reliable for their coworkers
E - Earn excellent income
We are looking for Certified Caregivers or those who want to get certified who CARE and want to be compensated for their great work!
We are looking for only the best. In order to pay the hourly rate we are offering we have to go to our residents' families and explain that we have to increase their monthly rent in order to hire caregivers. So we only want serious applicants, we DO NOT want part timers or people just “checking it out”
If you want a great place to work, apply, schedule an interview and then come to the interview (sadly many people like to apply for jobs but are a no show/no call for the interview). We respectfully ask that if you are not serious about the position do not apply, it costs time and money that ultimately hurts our residents.
So please help us provide the best care in Tucson. We know that caregivers with poor work ethic can go from job to job - we want caregiver’s who actually CARE Professionals who care about their residents, teammates who care about their coworkers and individuals who care about the company they work for. In return we will respect and reward your hard work!
We are willing to pay up to $18 an hour - but only for the best, and only for those who work as a team. Our expectation is that each shift leaves the next shift with a clean house, clean residents and ready for a peaceful and productive shift.
