KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
PERSONAL CARE: Applicant must be able to provide exceptional personal care to our clients including, assistance with transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, medication reminders and other hygiene duties as required.
COMPANIONSHIP: Applicant must be able to provide companionship to our clients, consisting of but not limited to, watching TV, dining out, attending movies, concerts and events, engage in conversation, play games and provide emotional support when necessary.
HOUSEKEEPING: Applicant must be able to perform basic housekeeping duties
consisting of meal preparation, dish washing, tidying up the home, laundry, sweeping/vacuuming.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND EDUCATION
⢠High School, CNA or equivalent experience
⢠Experience as a caregiver preferred but not necessary
⢠Must provide work and personal references
WORKING CONDITIONS
⢠Driving to clients homes daily
⢠Must be able to lift #30 pounds
⢠Must be able to perform basic housekeeping duties
⢠Must have own transportation, clean and in good repair
⢠Must be willing to drive to multiple locations around the greater Tucson Metro area
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
⢠Valid AZ drivers license
⢠Proof of auto insurance
⢠Able to pass State of Arizona Fingerprint/Background Check
⢠Must be able to pass drug test
⢠Safe driving record
⢠Computer literate
⢠Well-groomed appearance
⢠Must adhere to company core values (see below)
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$12-$15 per hour depending on experience
