Full Time SLPA/SLP Position
Full time (30-40 hours per week) Speech Language Therapist Assistant (SLPA) or Speech Language Pathologist to provide services in a private clinic-based setting.
We are open to new graduates or experienced candidates. Salary commensurate with experience.

Qualifications
Current AZ SLPA/SLP license
DIR/Floortime 101 course completion
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with children and families
Current CPR certification
AZ Fingerprint Clearance
Job Duties
Provide skilled Speech-Language interventions services for children age 18 months and up. (SLP's will also perform evaluation and treatment planning as well as parent coaching and support).
Responsible for communicating with supervisor regarding schedule changes, missed appointments or no-shows.
Document all treatment and collaboration using appropriate SOAP note format in EHR program within allotted noting time.
Maintain calendar in EHR program, synced to a company google calendar, shared with other team members to keep supervisor informed of service schedules.
Notify supervisor of request to attend IEP meetings, family conferences, or other client-focused meetings as appropriate and requested by families or supervising speech therapist.
Communicate with parents and guardians regarding home programs and progress in Speech Therapy.
Engage in minimum bimonthly collaborative and reflective supervision sessions (minimum 1 hour each) with supervising speech therapist (level 1).
Engage in a minimum monthly collaborative and reflective supervision sessions (minimum 1 hour each) (level 2-4).
Proactively seek out supervision, continuing education support, and mentorship.
Attend company meetings and continuing education sessions.
Maintain treatment spaces in a clean orderly manner.
Assist in maintenance of the physical clinic space during non-treatment hours to include cleaning, straightening toys, organizing, restocking, etc.
Light administrative duties as assigned.
Fill out a timesheet every two weeks using Gusto.
Maintain current CPR, AZ Fingerprint Clearance, and State SLPA/SLP Licensure and provide documentation of these to the Company.
Regular (annual or as recommended by current CDC guidelines) Vaccination for COVID-19 and Season Flu is required.
Available for services during “after school” hours (2-6:00pm)
Other duties as assigned.
