Apartment Maintenance (Tucson)
AKP Services is and established general contracting company serving the Tucson and Phoenix valley for over 20 years. We are looking for technicians to join team.
MUST HAVE experience in painting, drywall, light plumbing and electrical work.
MUST BE self-motivated and understand deadlines.
MUST HAVE your own transportation.
MUST HAVE your own tools
Applicants should be self-motivated, willing to learn with an exceptional work ethic. You might also be experienced in light plumbing, electrical, drywall repairs and painting. This is a great opportunity for anyone you want to learn the renovations business in apartment maintenance.
We offer competitive hourly rate. Medical benefits. PTO and sick time after a 90 period.
If you prefer being your own boss, we also have a sub-contractor for you and your crew for those that meet our criteria.
