Blade Operator

We are seeking an experienced Blade Operator to join our civil construction team. This role is responsible for operating motor graders to perform fine grading with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate motor graders for site development.
Perform fine grading and slope finishing to project specifications.
Work closely with crew and foremen to achieve required tolerances.
Maintain equipment and perform basic daily inspections.
Follow all company safety standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
Must be experienced in operating blades/motor graders.
Strong knowledge of earthwork, grading, and construction site safety.
Ability to read stakes, plans, and follow directions from foremen.
Reliable and safety-focused team player.
