In need of a custodian with 2 years experience for transitional housing .
Must be able to pass a background check . Must have following
1. Common areas: lobby, small meeting rooms, office spaces, restrooms, kitchen/breakroom – (2-3x/week or as needed)
Sweeping- all areas
Mopping- all areas
Vacuuming- all areas
Dusting- all areas (Does not include computers, printers, electronics or flat surfaces with items on them.)
Empty Trash- all areas (Replace liners)
Disinfecting- surface areas/high touch surfaces/Restrooms/Kitchen. (Include interiors of office refrigerator, microwave)
Glass Cleaning- inside/outside doors.
2. Guest room turnover/deep cleaning (guest rooms consist of 2 rooms & bathroom; turnover cleaning on an as-needed basis when guests exit the shelter)
Floors - vacuuming, sweeping , and mopping
Spot cleaning of walls - 6 ft and below and high touch surface disinfectant cleaning.
Bathroom cleaning - Toilet, tub/shower and surrounds, lavatory sink and faucet.
Surface areas - counters, dresser tops, and table tops.
High touch surfaces – Door knobs, light switches, handles etc.
Glass cleaning - inside/outside doors and inside windows
Strip linens from beds/remake beds
Clean outside/inside of microwave and fridge (small size appliances)
Restock towels/cleaning supplies for next guest
