Part- Time Position

Monday – Thursday and some Fridays
5:45am- route is completed (training hours start earlier)
Training pay $15/hr paid salary at 32 hours week. Rate increase 1/1/25 if route can be completed alone.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Safely drives and operates equipment on assigned routes collecting waste under a variety of weather conditions.
Perform a pre/post trip inspection and report items requiring maintenance.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Communicates with office or company owner concerning delays, problematic sites, accidents,
equipment breakdowns, and other service or maintenance related issues.
Garbage collection work involves heavy lifting and exposures to unpleasant odors, inclement weather, machinery with moving parts, and noise. Must be able to perform job duties and possess the physical abilities to manually load and unload all trash. We are a manual trash hauler.
Requirements:
Must have a valid State of Arizona Driver's License.
Must provide clean motor vehicle report and be approved by our insurance company
Must have authorization to legally work in the United States.
Must be able to read maps and know N-S-E-W directions
Must be able to learn trash hauling software and properly use app on provided tablet (TrashFlow)
Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and carry heavy objects weighing sixty (60) pounds.
Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with other personnel and the public.
Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions and to work independently in the
absence of supervision.
Reliable and Dependable
Must be a team player and work well under minimal supervision.
