Seeking part-time or full-time help for a high-end horse training facility. Experience not necessary, but preferred. Will train. Looking for motivated, self-starting team members who possess a strong work ethic and who are independent thinkers. Will be working under the supervision and direction of our property manager. Primary duties would include general landscaping, maintaining lawns and pastures, repairing irrigation, pulling weeds, trimming shrubs, planting, and maintaining a clean and tidy facility. Potential team members may also pitch in as needed for general horse care, including feeding, stall cleaning and helping to turn horses out in pasture. May also help out with horse arena maintenance, fence installation, and landscape installation. Knowing how to drive a skidsteer or tractor a plus, but will train. This is a physically demanding job; must be able to lift 50 lbs, and work outdoors in all types of weather. Must be willing to work between the hours of 6 AM and 2 PM. After a two week trial period, you may be able to adjust work hours to include some hours during the afternoons and weekends. Will also consider students on winter break who can work full time over the holidays but need to reduce hours when classes resume.
