Hiring: General Laborer for the firewood yard.
Wanted: FULL TIME candidates looking for a long term career with our growing team.
Basic Requirements: Must like working outdoors. Must be able to lift heavy logs. Must also show up for work each day. Valid drivers license preferred.
Primary Responsibilities: An employee in this position will quickly and efficiently split firewood and help load firewood into the back of the delivery truck. They will also help customers load wood into their vehicles/trailers. They must be able to work without supervision. They need to be flexible and customer service oriented. We are also looking for an employee who enjoys the work they perform, is motivated to increase skills, knowledge, and performance to grow as a successful team member of Nicholas Firewood. Must be willing to learn, split wood, be efficient, and ask questions.
Depending on the season, this individual may need to help out on our tree removal crew when needed.
